About me

Dr. Steinhardt is a postdoctoral fellow at the Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute at Columbia University working with Prof. Larry Abbott. She received her PhD from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University working with Prof. Gene Fridman. She graduated from Princeton University with a Neuroscience A.B. and a certificate in Cognitive Science. Cynthia is a Simons Society of Fellows Junior Fellow. She was previously a Fellow in Computational Medicine at Johns Hopkins University and an NSF GRFP recipient.
